How EG Group Started

When I arrived in Tokyo in 2017, my family and I began the search for a new home, moving out of our residence in Adachi. This journey opened my eyes to the pervasive discrimination within the real estate industry, particularly against foreigners and low-income families. Despite approaching numerous agencies, we consistently encountered racism and bias. It was a disheartening realization that the system was rigged against those who needed fair and affordable housing the most.

This experience was the catalyst for EG Group’s inception. I recognized an urgent need for a real estate company grounded in ethics, morality, and fair play. A company that offers an easy and transparent application process for tenants, without the barriers of discrimination, would quickly make a significant impact in the industry.

From 2017 to the present, I have dedicated myself to researching the diverse needs of the community. This research spans various sectors including housing, food, and education. My focus has been on identifying how we can simplify daily life and make essential services more accessible and affordable for low-income families and minorities in Japan.

EG Group was born from this commitment to social justice and community support. Our mission is to eliminate the barriers that prevent fair access to housing and other essential services. We strive to offer affordable solutions, making life easier for those who need it most. Through continuous innovation and a deep understanding of the community’s needs, EG Group aims to bring about positive change and foster a more inclusive society.
